    We recently used AB Moving for our move from Dallas to Irving and were treated with exceptional service. First of all their rates are reasonably priced and the movers were highly professional and handled our stuff with care. They completed the move faster than we expected and were really courteous of our needs. They didn't drop or break a single item and we were very impressed with the service. The only issue we faced was regarding the payment as initially we were charged for the extra hour that they used but we received an invoice the next day for the additional cost of the hour and we paid off the amount. I wish it could have been clearly dealt on the day of the service. Overall, this company is the best fit if you're looking to move under a budget.

    After using them for 2 business moves, we contacted Scott about moving a safe. Provided all details and received quote so move was scheduled. The day of the move, the movers showed up with a basic dolly and insisted they would still be able to move the safe. My mom tried multiple times to tel them to stop and let her call their office because it wasn’t going to work. They ‘borrowed’ the jack from her car to see if that work and broke it. It all ended when they dropped the safe and it landed on the concrete and knocked the entire safe door off! Cost me $1100 to have it fixed. I’ve sent multiple requests to get my $1100 back plus get reimbursed for my moms property that was damaged and Scott won’t acknowledge. This company is fine until they do something wrong. Then they stick their hand in the ground to pretend it never happened. I’m taking them to court to get my money back. I’ve provided them with VIDEO showing their guys screwing up. Don’t trust them.

    WORST COMPANY EVER!!! If I could give zero stars I would! I hired this company because of all the positive reviews I saw on Yelp, but I should have scrolled further and paid closer attention to the negative ones or even looked here first as there seem to be some patterns with their workers. I scheduled my move with Kent and gave him a rundown of where I was moving from and moving to, requesting 4 movers. The day of my move, 3 guys showed up, one of whom did not intend to do much work at all, thus pushing the bulk of the load on the other 2 movers. After banging up my furniture and punching a large hole through my wall, they finally were able to finish moving my furniture out 2 1/2 hours later. Mind you, everything was pre-packed and ready to go beforehand, minus wrapping a few furniture items. Once the team arrived at my new home, the same worker who didn't want to work before definitely wasn't going to start now. Once his fellow team members called him out, things went quickly south from there. This particular individual decided to act like a child and throw a tantrum in my new neighborhood, screaming and cussing at the top of his lungs, while walking up and down the street like a crazy person for about 15 - 20 minutes. I called the office and spoke to Kent who assured me the situation would be handled. After the tantrum was over, the same employee now wanted to finish the job and be done, so he decides to now start helping off loading my furniture into the house. In doing so, many damages were caused due to his complete recklessness including scuffed walls, damages to my hardwood floors, scratched chest of drawers, broken bookshelf, broken 6ft mirror, and broken desk lamp. When I called back to report this to Kent, he informed me that he would credit my acct 1 measly hour for the time it took for the tantrum to subside and that we would settle the damages once the job was complete. Here we are 3 months later and I have called the office multiple times, have also spoken with Joe who claimed to be another manager within the company, have followed up with countless voicemails and emails, all with zero replies. On Yelp, I have noted that David A., the supposed Business Owner has been replying to positive reviews, but I don't see many if any, responses to the negative ones. This goes to show you, the company isn't concerned with operating with integrity or ensuring they rectify any real issues. My 1-hour credit does not compensate for the number of damages caused, nor the embarrassment of having such a tirade performed outside my new home. David A, if you choose to respond to my negative reviews now, you have my name, contact number, and address. Do not comment on here with a canned response instructing me to contact you, as that has proven to not be effective. Read your emails and listen to your phone messages, or ask your "managers" Kent and Joe, and you can figure it out.
