I can’t say enough good things about this company! Paul and George were very personable and friendly. The level of professionalism this company offers is on another level, this is what everyone needs in a moving company. We will definitely be using them again for future moves and highly recommending them for anyone who needs to move. You guys were great and saved me on this move when the brokers fell through and created problems (another company). Highly recommend Heiza!

When I was quoted by my broker (allegiance movers) I was told I should receive my belongings in a week and a half. There was an argument with the broker and the moving company. The moving company wanted more money then what the quote was. I had given a list to the broker and they quoted the price. The moving company wanted more money and I had already given the driver a check which was over what I was originally quoted. The mover called me up and said I need to cancel the check and at that time I was two days into my travel to South Carolina and the check had already cleared. He wanted $5K more than the original quote. The moving company held my belongings hostage and wouldn't deliver my items, they were delivered on the 18th day due to having to deliver by law 21days. All my items were on the list. The truck was too small. I had to leave my weber grill behind, a leather chair although I have the ottoman I had to transfer my outside furniture (2 rocking chairs and a small table) and My umbrella stand in my SUV. The movers broke my two clay pots worth $200.00, My elliptical is scratched, my white rug is now grey since they put the grey pad on top of the white carpet which bleed trough. I was given a web link to put in my damage and to my surprise the company that I put my damage through bounced back and said they never heard from the mover. Two days later I am trying to get the new link and they still haven't gotten back to me. My experience was a nightmare. I will give kudos to the staff that did the pick up and drop off. I hope this company doesn't treat their employees like they treat their customers.

We are a moving company and all the problem here is coming from the broker who did not give a right volume estimate of your belongings. That truck was 1800 cubic ft and your stuff was estimated at 1206 cubic ft. The truck was full meaning you had extra stuff which we did not charge you for. More so you still wrote a bad review against us which should have been against the broker. About your claim we are still working on it. This bad review is really not the best idea to go around this. We are taking loss and more so your stuff stayed with the moving company longer because we were not told by the broker this was a pick up delivery. We generally do not waist that much time . We appreciate doing business with you. We get in contact with you about your claim.

Worst move in my life and I grew up a military brat and we moved every year. We self packed except for breakables mostly kitchen dishes, china and crystal. They showed up with no packing materials, used all my packing supplies (paper, plastic wrap and bubble wrap). Packed cast iron in with breakables. Stacked boxes to the ceiling of the truck with heavy stuff pressing down on boxes of fragile items. Those boxes with broken things were unloaded crushed from the weight. Furniture was damaged, scratched and rubbed. I have submitted numerous pictures of the breakage and damaged furniture. No response. No reimbursement. Yet I had to pay the movers cash for “packing materials” and over the estimated cubic footage. They basically demand payment before they start and before they unload at destination. And the “broker” who assigned them took a third of the estimated costs up front. There needs to be a zero stars option.
