  We had a need for moving assistance on some large printing equipment. I had a hard time getting anyone to even respond to my requests and those that did didn't want to move these heavy pieces of equipment or if they did were booked out for literally 6 weeks! Ron responded immediately and we set up a time to do the move the following week. Three of his professional team members arrived on time and worked diligently to move printing machines and about 20 very heavy boxes full of paper. I appreciate the customer service that the team provided and professionalism in the way Ron runs his company. Thank you!

  I would not recommend this mover at all. I hired them to move me 2.5 miles. The owner Ron who seem like a nice guy gave me a fixed price quote which seemed reasonable. I was excited to work with them. A week before the move I asked him if he could send me out some packers to help me get everything ready for the move. I paid hourly for 2 guys to do 4 hours each. They were extremely slow and inefficient. There was no sense of urgency. When I brought this to Ron's attention and told him that I was concerned about the move he said he would get back to me in 10 minutes and I never heard from him. I emailed him 3 hours later he told me he was busy. While I wanted to support small business owner, I simply couldn't. I would worry about using these folks. I ended up finding another mover that did a fantastic job.

  Jason was ill-prepared and haggling the price from the beginning. His lack of planning led to us sending packers out days before his scheduled move. Boxes had to be retrieved which took a half hour before any packing could start. He wanted us to get back to him & to lower the price of his 2 trucks/6 man move. I am sorry he had a bad experience but we were prepared for a smooth transition instead of hastily packing boxes at the last minute.
