  Product was picked up, shipped, and delivered on time. Only issue was caused by initial warehouse using poor quality pallets that did not hold up to the weight. Deliver driver and Owatonna, MN staff were amazing to work with

  I had to ship 4 end tables from Owatonna, MN to Northern Virginia, and the folks at ABF Freight made the entire process much easier than I expected, and much less expensive than I expected. More importantly, the tables arrived at the destination in perfect shape. First, I received a quote through ArcBest which I believe is the parent company of ABF. I want to especially call out the great service provided by Peggy at ABF in Owatonna. She was extremely helpful in the pre-shipment process, and provided a bill of laden by email for me to complete beforehand. Meeting her in person, her helpfulness and terrific personality was a treat. Steve and Tim were also stand-outs. I expected to have to bring my own pallet and wrap the tables on the pallet when I arrived. Tim ensured that a pallet was available for my use (at no extra charge), and Steve actually did the wrapping for me - and a much better job at it than I could have done myself.
