  UPack gave me the option of delivering the truck on Friday to add 2 more days to our load time. I was pleased I had the option of paying to guarantee a delivery date. The load arrived on time and with minimal damage due to the long trip.

  Excellent service overall! I was going to go with traditional movers but decided to look into UPack. Loved the whole experience! The flexibility of having 3 days to load was very helpful. In addition, the flexibility of using more trailer space as needed was great! I was able to call them and changed the date of pick up couple of times and the Owatonna center was very accommodating. Would recommend it to anyone who needs moving services. You may consider loading/unloading yourself or hire someone as it will still be cheaper than traditional movers.

  U-Pack was always helpful, quick to answer my questions, and arrived promptly for each drop off and pick up. I was able to track our pods, know where they were, and arrange for pick up and drop off exactly for the times and dates I needed. Everyone I spoke with was supportive, helpful, and made our move so much less stressful!
