I would not recommend doin any business for this company. We did a load of freight for them clear back in March 2021. as of November 2021 they have yet to pay their invoice. We have made numerous phone calls and emails all of which have been ignored. DEAD BEATS

Absolutely horrible claims service. Moved from overseas to the US with the military. They had one of our containers soaked with water, rotting out, patched and painted over to conceal it, desiccant packages strewn around to dry it out (???) then the whole shipment sat in NC summer heat to create a science experiment. Mold that destroyed our furniture (see the remote!) and obvious water damage - but they claim that was how it left our house at packing time. Ridiculous and terrible customer service, no response, 4 months now and they refuse any responsibility. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS

Same here.. I have been trying to reach them regarding past due invoices but no answer. Seems like they have gone out of business??
