  We have used Action Moving on 3 different occasions. Mike and his crew have been extremely prompt, courteous and efficient. They were very conscientious about taking great care of our residence and our belongings! Throughout all 3 moves, nothing was ever damaged or broken.   The whole team was wonderful to work with. They were professional with all of our belongings and were able to move from 3 different local addresses to one final destination. No job is too big for this company!!! They were amazing and affordable!! I will definitely use them again!!!! Thank you so much for your wonderful service and flexibility.

  First time using a moving company to pack up our house and move to a rental while house repairs were done and used them for the move back. The first move wasn’t terrible, they were nice enough but they literally just throw anything and everything together. Example: bathroom items like toilet bowl brush in with my kitchen utensils, which is super gross and had to rewash everything. And the move back had cleaning products in kitchen utensils and the bottles leaked all over as well and once again have to rewash everything. My steak knives are upstairs in a bathroom box for some reason. They wrapped up my kids plastic sippy cups but it looks like they just threw my expensive pots and pans in a box (no bubble wrap or anything) and several have scratches now and are unusable. I’ve barely just started unpacking so not sure what other fun surprises there will be. Labeling things more accurately would have been helpful in getting things to the correct rooms, and towards the end they just stopped asking where we wanted things and just dumped things in rooms. They took mattress protectors off for some reason too and now the beds are dirty and it doesn’t want to come off where they laid in the truck. A lot of items were left at the rental house that we have to go back and get out. They left quite a bit in the basement and garage that I didn’t get a chance to go check before they said they were done and walking out the door asking me if it was good. Which I guess was my bad assuming they moved our stuff out completely and should have told them to wait while I double checked, but I really didn’t think I needed to. Lesson learned. Repeatedly heard they wanted to hurry up and get this done with on the move back and their work I would say shows that with what we are finding and having to do extra this time around. And we put in brand new flooring throughout the house, already paid a cleaning crew to come through and clean the whole house so it would be ready to go for moving back in and specifically asked what they do and was told they put something down to walk on but they didn’t do that either. So now I also have to go back and clean all of my floors now too because they tracked in all over the house. Less than impressed overall sadly.
