  Great Price for what I needed. However, the movers did not show on time so contacted the office and the office did not know nor could tell me where the movers were. Fast forward 3 hours later no show no call. I ended up cancelling and getting my deposit refunded but the service was very unprofessional. The office rep had a horrible attitude and acted as if he was doing me a favor by even speaking to me or trying to find a replacement crew. It not a favor to do the job you are paid to do and that I am paying you to do. Do not recommend. 10/14/2018 in response to companies reply- Please understand that we both know that’s not how the situation played out. You NEVER told us your drivers were sick. WE had to call you in order to get status updates you said and I quote “I called you to take care of this”. You never even knew your crew did not show. After 3 hours of a no show yes rightfully so I asked for a proration of the almost $200 charge to move 5 units DOWN THE HALL. No moving truck needed. Not moving across town, not out the complex or even a different building but down the hall. I only need labor but I agreed to the fair amount that I also might add that you tried to increase over the phone the day of service when we previously recorded the initial conversation with the initial price. You were not on time nor were you knowledgeable of when someone was even coming. You kept calling to see IF someone had shown up. Unfortunately your crew dropped the ball on this one. Reducing to one star since the company is now trying to fault me for the review I gave when they unfortunately did not follow through on their end.

  Sorry if you feel that we let you down. Two of our guy couldn't work that day because they were sick and they couldn't make it to work and we were short handed but even with that conflict we had a crew available for this customer in the afternoon but she cancel. she said we were a rude over phone but she was keep asking for a discount after a discount that we give her when scheduling she was asking for more and more and we cannot give her more because we promise her that no matter what we will do the move not like other moving companies that just call and said we cannot move you.

  This company is the BEST company in Baton Rouge to work with. They listen to you and work with you very closely. should I say, they put the customer FIRST and they do their best to meet ALL your needs. They do what they say. I do recommend this company!....
