I’ve order items that have been delivered and shipped for over a week and I’m unable to pick up because how slow these people are at checking them in to be picked up. I come nearly everyday for updates because how important these items are for me and I see workers not even doing their job every time. Students, I suggest you forego the $35 parcel fee and get a parcel at a near by usps location because this place is a joke and has 0 respect for your packages or time.
