  Advance Relocation Systems finished our move in 2020 with Atlas. The truck was broke down and off the charts for several days (no one new where it was). When it arrived many items were damaged and in pieces. My biggest complaint was the men took no care to prevent damages to our new home. They did not put down anything to protect the floors and were careless when moving heavier items. I showed the damage to the main man at the time and he denied that it was them. This house was brand new and I have the before pictures of the floor as well as the after the movers pictures. We tried to file a claim for the damages to the floor and door jams. Atlas has stalled the claim and then denied the claim saying that the company carries it's own insurance for property damage. I contacted Advance Relocation System. We have had no response. Additionally the men were unprofessional during the unloading. Placing items in the basement without our knowledge and not giving us a chance to check the load. We are now being told the ARS is part of Atlas and in order to settle the damaged furniture claim we need to drop the property damage claim! I would not recommend either company! This has been over a year trying to get our damages settled. Mom is 92 and military widow. Should we really be forced to drag this into court.

  Jerry and the crew including Jason, Justin, and Kobe were amazing! Their speed, efficiency, quality of work, firendliness, politeness were all top notch. They listened to all of the questions we had and delivered above and beyond service. Every aspect of the move went smoothly and they did a far superior job than we could've done ourselves with a Uhaul. I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone! Will be going back to these guys next time I move, no doubt.

  The team (Jerry, Corey, Kobe, and Jason) couldn’t have been any better!! They were on time, courteous, and professional!! They treated our “things” like they were priceless! We could tell the guys genuinely enjoyed what they do, and they made us so comfortable on a day that was emotionally difficult. We even had some good conversation and some laughs! They moved all of our things quickly and carefully, we couldn’t believe how expertly they moved everything. What a pleasant experience! We will definitely recommend ARS to friends and family! Thank you so much Jerry, Corey, Kobe and Jason!! It was such a pleasure to work with you!
