  I have used them before and they did a great job! Recommended by a family member who was very satisfied with them. Moving again, scheduled my move a month ago! Tomorrow was the day, I been calling for 3 days with no response . I tried 6 times today, and sent texts. I’ve given up and arraigned someone different. Very dissatisfied. I actually recommended them to my realtor and the new buyers of our house. Of course I contacted them both and told them of their unreliability. Very unreliable!!

  The movers were supposed to show up at 8 am to move my grandmother's belongings to a new retirement home. Not only did they not show up but didnot answer their phone either. We have tried multiple times to get into contact with them to no avail, meanwhile my Grandmother has all of her belongings moved out into the main lobby of her current residence and it has all been a huge mess. My Grandmother has health issues and does not need this added stress. This is so wrong to do to somebody let alone the elderly.

  I used Advanced Moving Service recently for my relocation from Lubbock to Austin and I cannot say enough about them! Their customer service and experience was great. Brett and his team went above and beyond to take care of me as I was in a tight spot and had a very tight timeline. They were all very generous and kind men. My belongings all arrived in great condition and without any damages, not to mention their timing and urgency to get me taken care of. Additionally, pricing is competitive!
