I waited a few days to write this review hoping I would just forget about my service here, but hopefully no one else has to go through this place. You might get stuck using this place if you buy anything from Cincinnati Overstock (which I would NOT recommend) so beware. They don't have very good communication with the warehouse there at Cincinnati Overstock. Our furniture sat in the warehouse for four days before anyone called to schedule a delivery. At that time the delivery was going to be late. Be careful when you talk with the gentleman working there. If you mention the word "pickup." which is what I considered doing after the late delivery, he will just take your name off the delivery list. I took a half day off work and waited for our furniture that never came. I called and they said I was picking it up. I did not say that. Was not helpful at all. The receptionist is nice, so they have that going for them. Oh yeah...if you call and someone answers the phone with a grunt (which happened three times) that's just the guy answering the phone for the business he helps run. I didn't even know if I had the correct number. In the end, I rented a U-Haul and picked up the furniture myself rather than wait for this debacle to right itself.

The workers were super friendly and even set up our furniture for us even though this was not an included service from the store that we had purchased from. Overall, the delivery went above and beyond my expectations.
