I pulled into the lot this Sunday morning at 9am, to get a look at the vehicles and gather info for our move. I pulled right behind the van that sits along the sidewalk edge near Dixie hwy. Nobody else was around, I wasn't in anyone's way. I seen a truck pulling around driven by an employee so I started to drive away in case I was in her way. As my tires started to roll she blocked me in. She did it deliberately to be a jerk. She had plenty room & could of waited for me to pull out or she could of pulled beside me & went around! I am in shock of this employees behavior towards potential customers. It's on camera & I'm reporting this to management & corporate. How rude & dangerous. I definitely felt threatened. This is unacceptable behavior.

The staff here are completely unprofessional and are obviously under the influence of some kind of substance. The “manager” and I’ll assume other half, would not get out of the car to assist us when we arrived, when we finally were helped it was with an attitude and an obvious distaste for her job. Jeanette was her name I do believe. Upon returning our vehicle, a large sum of money was accidentally forgotten inside this vehicle. I know we should have been more certain where our money was, but also you expect some integrity out of people who have been promoted to manager. The store is adamant they have not seen our money, but I know for a fact it was left in there. The manager Jeanette was completely unhelpful and I am not sure how she even is still employed after proving herself unemployable just within the first three minutes of seeing her. We are taking this to court, but I would definitely not use this location if you have to use U-Haul.

I was charged an additional day even though the van was returned with 2 hrs to spare. I was told by the GM the refund takes 2-3 business days. It is now a week later and still no refund. Nothing but a runaround.
