The sales staff berneta included are very helpful and courteous......but the contractors they use are horrible I dont think they have experience doing any remodeling the work they do is the most shoddily done I've ever seen in my life ...I'm not just a consumer I'm also a super intendent for a remodeling company and have ben working in building and trades for nearly 20 years. So when I say this is the worst craftsmen ship I've ever seen in my life you have to know it's bad!

The staff is friendly, but right on top of you. They want to know what price range you're looking for, if you want it finished or if you want to work on it some. I just wanted to know which ones were still available and to be able to look around on my own.

Good place to go when you are looking to buy a new are model double wides are modular homes really good service and friendly people we bought a brand new modular home there I recommend this place 100%
