All About Contents went above and beyond to help our family with our situation. They kept me at ease and let me know what was happening every step of the way. The employees that came to help were all polite, understanding and willing to help. Its good to know that there is still a company out there that still cares about their customers. Honestly if I could give another star I would. Thank you John for all your help! God Bless !! Awesome Company

We had a water mitigation issue and All About Contents was brought in to do the packout and staging. The packout went pretty smoothly. No real issues. However, the staging was another story. We were told that the items would be put back as they had been. That was not the case. The kitchen was not unpacked. The cabinets, drawers, bookshelves, desk, etc were a big jumble. Items just shoved onto shelves and into drawers. Wall decor was left sitting in the floor. The crew kept complaining about being here and how far they were from home. (You knew where we lived when you took the job). They also made misogynistic and sarcastic comments. No one should be made to feel uncomfortable in their own home by a contractor. As we were putting things away ourselves after they had left, we noticed several items were knicked, cracked, and broken. I did let the company know about these issues and there was no resolution. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Especially for the price. This is a shame because in Real Estate this is a service our clients are often in need of. ********************************************************** John, I don't believe you and I ever spoke. There were only those few emails regarding payment. I dealt with Sammy from your company. He is who I communicated with via phone and text. He was the one I made aware of the issues we had both during the staging and afterwards. I spoke with him via phone and texted with him. He was made fully aware of everything. The flooring was finished before your crew left. But yes, it was still in progress when they arrived to begin. As for signing the form and it stating I was satified, Things were not done, I had no idea at that point the damage or state of cabinets, drawers, etc. To be honest, I was uncomfortable and done with the negativity, the attiitudes, and hearing how they did not want to be here. So yes, I signed it. A reasonable response since I had spoken with your representative Sammy and he was completely in the loop with what was going on. I called and texted him during the job as things were happening to let him know how unhappy I was with the crew and I told him again when he called the day after. I also told him about the damage, etc that day. He made no expressions regarding repairing the damage. He did offer to send another crew but I did not want that after what had happened previously.

Sherry You and I have had several emails regarding your job . This is the first time I have heard anything about you not being happy with our work whatsoever. I would have to say it was to much my surprise. As the owner of the company it means the world to me that ALL of my customers are not just happy but 100% satisfied. You sent me an email on 310.22 stating that you received a check from your insurance company and you would be depositing it into your account and then mailing me a check.  You sent me an email on 3.14.22 stating that he received a check from your insurance company and that you were issuing me payment that day. Of which you did thank you so much! That is the only communication you and I have had. As far as us not unpacking everything that’s also the first that I have been made aware of by you. My technicians note states that your repairs were not quite complete when we returned your items . They were still working on the floors. They also stated before they left that you were happy with everything. I consider myself to be a very reasonable businessman and as stated above keeping my customers 100% happy is my upmost concern. I also have not heard anything about your job being so far away. We work in the Atlanta area every day. I like to think like the old cliché states that the customer is always right but in this case I beg to differ. If you were not happy with everything why did you not bring that to my attention? Even now I would do whatever it takes to make you happy. I will be awaiting your reply to see if there’s something I can do to rectify any issues that you may have with my company. Sherry I also want to add that at the end of the job we have a form called a certificate of completion form for services rendered . It clearly states on that form that you are 100% satisfied with the work that we performed and everything has been returned back with no damages. You signed this form on 2.18.22. Once again if I knew that you were not happy with any part of our work I would’ve been more than happy to send another crew back to your house to get everything back to your liking. If there’s anything further I can do to change your opinion of my company please let me know and I will be happy to do so. Sincerely John McDonald

All About Contents were a support system during a stressful time for our family. They treated my furnishings as their own, packing was very careful and wrapping of furniture exceeded expectations. Crew were clean, polite, organized and went the distance to please. Highly, highly recommended. Thanks to all of you.
