    I used them for an out of state move, from MD to TX. I was working with a lady named Stephanie. Initially, she started off very pleasant and responsive. I explained to her that I would need my items delivered on 6/21/2021. When I emailed and asked for an update that day, no response. The next day, I called and called.. no response. I finally got a text from a lady named Ashley saying that I needed to have paid half of my remaining deposit at the time of pick-up. However, when my items were picked up and loaded on the truck, the delivery guy said I could just pay everything at delivery. Apparently, this wasn't the case and I ended up having to pay half of my remaining balance in the 22nd. I have been calling and emailing and texting Stephanie and Ashley all day and now Stephanie doesn't respond and Ashley does not have an update or ETA of my items. I've tried calling the mover that loaded the truck and he isn't even the one that will be delivering my items and has no idea when they will be delivered. This is completely unacceptable and ridiculous. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! Oh and no one ever answers the 800 number they have listed on their website. Update: I was finally contacted by the driver of "my stuff" and said they would deliver on the 28th between 8am and 9am local time. They showed up around 930 and they told me a price that was about 4 times more than I was supposed to have paid. The truck they arrived in was a completely different truck than what my stuff was loaded on at my house and they were completely different drivers. Not to mention the drivers showed up in flip flops to move all of my things to my new place. Ashley and dispatch finally answered yesterday when I had a discrepancy about my final total. The dispatch guy yelled and hung up on me. I told this to Ashley and she says "oh, that's just dispatch". I attempted to explain the situation to her and when I tried calling her and dispatch back, I haven't gotten a response. So, I've filed a theft claim through my renter's insurance and I will be filing a police report. Another update: I was able to get back in touch with Ashley, Tues or Wed of last week. She said she would call me back in 30 mins to an hour.... I ended up calling her back 2 hrs after we spoke, and I have yet to hear from her. 2 weeks post my scheduled delivery date and I still have none of my things. I sent a letter of demand, certified mail, this past Fri to the address that was on the contract I signed in an attempt to get my things. If it gets returned or they do not respond, I will be moving forward with the police report and lawsuit. I was finally able to get in touch with someone to correct my balance, but they ended up putting my things in storage without my prior knowledge. I had to end up hiring another moving company to get my things. The pics below is how the boxes looked fresh out of the storage facility.

    The first impression was good. After my boxes and furniture have left out of my house I don’t know what happened. Some pieces have come to my new address broken. The drop off driver was very rude, some boxes have been opened and some stuffs have never been found. I’ve called them up to get some explanation, but they always were vague and I am still waiting for a final feedback. So disappointed!!!! 🙁

    My move has been an absolute disaster. Contracted with this company on May 11, 2021 for a move from NJ to FL. Process was seamless….until delivery. My belongings were picked up June 24, 2021 from NJ. Delivery came July 11, 2021. Before unloading truck the driver demanded balance to be paid BEFORE truck was unloaded. I paid the driver and unloading began. About an hour into the process the driver called me out to the truck to say that my things were done. Over 50% of my things were missing and 25% of what was delivered was broken or damaged, including my mom’s 40 year old antique dishes. At that time the driver called dispatch and spoke with Kevin, who said he would get back to me. On July 12 I called William, “salesman” who said he would call dispatch and call me back. William failed to hang up his phone and I stayed in my phone for 45 minutes. No call was made and I could here him watching a documentary in the back ground in addition of having small talk with someone else in addition to various grunts. I then hung up and called William back and he became very disrespectful and hung up the phone on me. I filed a claim with Charlie, who was also very rude and pretty much told me I need to buy new furniture, which is most of what is missing. Renee and Charlie keep telling me my items have been located and loaded on a truck and a driver will call me with an estimated date of delivery. I received a call from a woman that moved from PA to MI, who also had issues with delivery until her lawyer called. This nice lady informed me that some of my items were mixed in with her items, in MICHIGAN. As of today, July 30,2021, I still do not have my items and no one from this fraudulent company has any answers. I have filed a complaint with BBB, will file with department of DOT, and will be contacting a lawyer. I have paid these people almost $9000 and I am missing about $15000 worth of items. To anyone thinking of using these people, please don’t.
