  If could not left any stars I would! Terrible services by the movers. Missed communication regarding prices, when they told me three hours work will be $560 finished up to 6 hours labor for moving two bedrooms apartment to a house; I had everything pack and ready to go!! They finished charge me $1,500 for everything, taking too long for move the stuff with three guys!! Making too many excuses as well, about why was that amount! Plus they left the rest of my stuff downstairs because they run out of the paid time!! 🤬🤬🤬 THIS WILL BE MY FIRST AND LAST TIME THAT I PAID FOR THESE MOVING COMPANY!!

  I met with Daniel and he gave a wonderful virtual visual presentation and really sold the company. I decided to go with the company for my intrastate move. The three guys who came to pack my stuff were reckless and packed fragile items underneath heavy objects. Daniel said they would lay out carpet and wear gloves and masks but none of that was done. The office was very unorganized. Three different people called me asking the same questions. The movers were going to meet my parents at my storage and they shoved boxes on their side and stacked boxes way too high. This was a terrible experience. I have damaged items and everyone was just reckless and unprofessional. I will avoid this company.

  The movers I had this week were EXTREMELY unprofessional. I put in a claim and have not heard a follow up so I went to the BBB and filed. The movers pushed my sofa from my 2nd floor balcony. They were arguing with each other the whole time .the main annoying guy name was Jerome armbrister was extremely annoying and then proceeded to ask for a tip saying my gratitude would be greatly appreciated.Also was rushing me to sign everything without allowing me to read anything. I literally had to move the rest of my things myself because I did not trust them moving anything else. My washer and dryer was not carried but dragged down hitting each step. I took pics of them dumping my sofa over the balcony. And the whole time they didn’t think I was watching and one of the 2 guys was saying he doesn’t think that was a good idea but they did it anyway. Not to mention they were late 2.5 hrs also over charged me from my quote that I got.
