  We utilized 3 PODS to move from Texas to Virginia. Two of the PODS were clean and in excellent condition. One of the PODS had recently been in a flood and the door was hard to operate. Our overall experience was great. All our furnishings made it across the country in great condition and on time. Our schedule was tight and PODS came through for us. Price was much better than a full service cross country moving service. Highly recommend this service.

  Rep over the phone did a great job explaining..my complain is the delivery driver. I was very explicit with instructions..please text me before arriving due to so much Spam on our calls. I received an email..then driver calls me and tells me we tried ringing doorbell 4 times, which he didn't..someone was home at time, He also says, I was there for 15 mins waiting, which he wasnt..cameras recording. Eta, to delivery 12"30-3"30.. Arrives at 4"20. I think he had enough chances.. but it's the lying to my face that gets me

  They are horrible, several hidden chargers that they don’t disclose when you are booking and when you ask them oh you signed an agreement. Try placing an order with them less than 5 secs they will pick up the call try asking a question about your order an hour wait time. They are hell of a lot more expensive than Uhaul with pathetic customer service. I couldn’t be more disappointed in their service. Pretty much all the people with bad reviews had the same experience as I did dishonesty, loopholes for hidden charges and terrible delivery timings. I feel like the good reviews are probably left by their own team or maybe paid.
