  DO NOT USE THIS MOVING SERVICE! This was by far the worst move that we have EVER experienced. We paid more than what we were originally quoted and still not given what was agreed upon. We had damage to our belongings, extremely unorganized and rude service. Before the move, an employee conducted a full walkthrough of our house with us to determine what we wanted moved and what they total cost would be. On move-out day however, All My Sons did NOT honor this quote and even after not one but TWO trips did not move all of our goods as agreed. the moving crew not only ran out of room in the van so items got left behind including a brand new $200 rug that was still wrapped, that I had purchased for our new home . It never showed up at the storage unit. The crew showed up with terrible attitudes, clearly there was some kind of tension going on between them. One mover was throwing things out of anger . The movers also showed up to our house with NO tools, and asked US to provide them.. When I explained that we had packed everything, one of the crew basically told me I should go to the store and buy some tools! When they couldn’t fit all of the quoted items on one truck, they said they needed to come back for a second run and told us it would be an additional charge. They took forever to get back to the house even though my husband left the storage at the same time they did. They showed up wreaking of marijuana and we could tell that in their minds they were done. Several large picture frames that they had left on the first trip, they loosely wrapped together instead of individually wrapping. Basically they were being lazy. Items were not properly wrapped, my brand new coffee table that I had just purchased was gouged, 8 of my wine glasses were shattered, several of my cups and platters were shattered. The storage unit was a mess. They basically started throwing items on top of each other as it got later in the day. Our $600 bikes were just tossed in with no regard. We bought pizza for them at the storage and when we showed up the next day to check on things, they has left the pizza boxes on the ground and had thrown all their pizza crusts on the ground as well. Just complete unprofessionalism. All this during a very stressful and costly move for us after our home fell through and we were forces to use storage and find temp housing right before Christmas.   DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE! The positive reviews are a lie and the recent ones are absolutely correct in the quality of their service. They will also promise they have insurance that covers above the state minimum and that is a blatant LIE! If you have any items worth anything at all they WILL be destroyed and will NOT be repaired or replaced.

  DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE!! Worst moving company I’ve ever used. They did not wrap and protect furniture and also scratched hard wood floor. The movers were disrespectful and took no pride in their job. The guys you talk to on the phone act like they care but there’s no follow up and no one takes responsibility for what happened. Save yourself the headache and choose another moving company.
