It is hit or miss when you are working with the customer service reps and the drivers. Some are great, while others are really poorly trained and/or have bad attitude. PODS can be a great option but ask about ALL cost factors ahead of time. (Our final delivery fee was REALLY high due to mileage charges.) Our final POD delivery, itself, was horrible. The driver was disrespectful, disagreeable, failed to place PODS as requested and did not know how to use the machinery, causing major damage to a portion of our yard. (Multiple 10" plus deep RUTS that are more than 5' in length.) Estimated damage was $3k and we are awaiting any response to our claim. **Our original delivery driver (of POD 2) and the final pickup driver (of POD 1 & 2) provided good communication and were skilled using the equipment needed to load and drive off the PODs.

PODS were great all around. Professional, friendly, affordable. The laborers were the worst. Hire a helper. Never again. Would not recommend at all hire a helper. Would recommend PODS, highly.

Very easy and accessible! They made our moving process easy. Also want to point out that I have a 2 1/2 year old toddler and the drivers made sure to let him watch the process of the pod being delivered and picked up. The last final pickup driver let him blow the horn on his truck, and my toddler hasn't stopped talking about it. Amazing customer experience!
