  We have had the worst experience with this moving company. We got an initial quote which included our whole house. The guy who quoted it assured us that the guys would pack up everything and if we chose to pack up items from cabinets etc. into boxes it would just reduce the cost of the move. We spent a whole week packing 20ish boxes ourselves and using big color coded stickers to make it easier that day. The movers themselves were fine but pretty slow. They ran over by 1.5 hours from the quote and that was with everything we had already packed. Once They got to the new location they made us pay before they would begin unloading the truck and told us we saved $70 only. After all was said and done I reviewed the itemized receipt that was emailed. They charged us for almost $650 worth of supplies we did not use. We had purchased 90% of the boxes we used at Lowes the week before. They didn’t even credit the $500 deposit to the invoice that we had already paid. Then lost the bolts to our master bedroom bed. We called about the invoice issues and bolts for 5 days with no response. My husband finally told the guy who originally quoted us he was going to issue a charge back on his credit card if no one was going to call him back. We waited another day and still never heard from anyone so now we have disputed the charges with our credit card company.

  We had a excellent experience with this moving company. The employees Cody, Devin, and John were very professional and wasted no time getting our belongings wrapped up, packed, and relocated. After they brought everything inside, they helped unwrap the furniture and then went the extra mile by helping us position the furniture how we specifically wanted it. When they went approximately 15min past the time we paid for the manager Mario waved the extra cost. Overall, the next time we relocate we will be using them again.

  I had a great experience with All My Sons when I had to move my mom from her assisted living community remotely. Jamal, Marcus and Devontrez packed her things with extreme care, and were very polite and respectful of our unique situation. They also communicated with me along the way to let me know how things were going. Their professionalism and efficiency really eased my stress, and I was very happy to have done it this way. They also were careful with breakable items like her TV, which arrived at the new place in perfect condition. Thank you guys and also thanks to Jamario for the added communication. I truly appreciate it!
