  WARNING - Do NOT use All My Sons Moving! I WAS a repeat customer only to find their service is now abysmal. First, we were overcharged after being told their crew tried to call us and we didn't answer. In a world of cell phones and 5G service I find it odd I never had one missed call. But their upcharge is not why I giving them a terrible review, it's their lack of customer service after destroying our guest bed. We told the movers to take extra care packing the bed before the crew loaded it onto the truck, when they opened the truck's door the bed was in pieces (I've included pics). I was devastated but told it would all be taken care of - LIES! I was offered $210 for my $1,200 Murphy Bed. After being hung up on by their customer care center I filed a complaint with the BBB - to date I have now been offered $400. My bed was purchased only a few years ago (I provided them with receipts) and I cannot afford to replace it so, now my mattress sits on the floor. I understand accidents happen when moving but what kind of a company leaves you without a bed or the money to replace it? Save yourself from this heartless company and use movers who actually care about your possessions and peace of mind.

  I hired all my sons moving due to the fact I have a nice new washer and dryer as well as a barely one year old Sony tv and thought it would be better to use a reputable company which is why I hired all my sons. I was originally told I was going to have a three-man team since my apartment is on the third floor, but only two people arrived. One of the gentlemen kept standing around wasting time and charging me for it. Stay away from this company whatever you do! They will charge you whatever they think they should when actuality you’re going to be paying way more. It took almost 2 hours to load up everything on my tiny third-floor apartment yet when I arrive to the new unit on the second floor, it was supposedly going to take even longer to unpack things Than to load up! Not to mention the over $50 they charge for shrink wrap! To top things off, the gentleman asked me which items I wanted prioritized. I mentioned only the TV and the washer and dryer yet the tv was completely ruined and damaged. The guy who caused the damages said he was going to try to get the TV replaced for me, but upon contacting all my sons moving, they stated they were not going to help me in the end even though the manager said he was going to try to replace it as well. If you’re looking to move, look elsewhere do not ever hire this company!! Company is the biggest rip off and charges more than any other company! Not any better quality than a mom and pop start up! Everyone has the same basic liability insurance. Don’t waste your time with all my sons I have paid over $800 with a discount to move a few items in a one bedroom tiny apartment and to be lied to.

  I was stressed at the beginning of my move but the second my movers; Jonathan Stanzack, Clint, and Logan arrived they put me at ease very quickly. They moved so quickly and efficiently and insisted on me relaxing and letting them do everything. All of my items were wrapped perfectly and nothing got damaged. They set everything down exactly where I needed it to go and it was the best experience I've ever had. Definitely going to use them again. They were friendly, professional, and treated my items with such care. Any stress I even had seemed unnecessary, especially with this kind of service. Absolutely amazing! Definitely recommending to everyone I know.
