  I would NEVER recommend this company!!! They are unprofessional, negligent, and incompetent, this is how I would describe their service after damaging a dresser and a chest because neither was wrapped and I paid extra for wrapping. They showed little to NO intrest in amicably solving the issue of flat out negligence and the offer by Sondra to give $25 as an apology was beyond insulting after ruining a $3,000 bed room set!!! If they had negative 5 stars, that would be a rating that is appropriate!

We are disheartened that you were disappointed with or service, however, we work very hard as a team to satisfy our customers. We do not charge for wrapping the furniture, it's included in our hourly rate. We tried to work with you the best of our ability. We don't believe a chip on a dresser drawer ruins a whole bedroom set. We would like to take the opportunity to speak with you further to discuss your experience.

  I had canceled a couple of times for medical reasons, they were very understanding and accommodating. Day of move 2 guys showed up on time… very nice, I felt very safe with them! It was a good experience with this company. I would recommend and use them again! Cjy….April 13, 2022

  All Pro movers & Storage were very affordable! During theses time affordability and reliability are most important. They treated me like family!
