  All Pro moved my 84 year old parents. They packed cherished goods wonderfully well, they were extremely patient with them, and they never complained about re-moving already placed furniture. You can tell they’ve worked with elderly before. I highly recommend them! BIG SHOUT OUT TO: Robert, the owner, Roger, Luis & Shon!!!!!!!!

  They took more than 2 hours for only two men it winded up being five and a half hours. Then to see the amount of how much, that was uncalled for and only for one bedroom. They worked very slow don't get me wrong they were very nice me.

  Irma, you had two storages. One on the South side of the building. Another on the North side of the building. Both on the second floor and neither close to the elevator. Unfortunately for you it did take longer. Several factors as we discussed caused this. One being your family members that you had move you in to the two units. Did not pack anything correctly. You had over 50 boxes. Some of the items that were packed were not taped or sealed. Picture frames loose and broken glass. Furniture stacked on top of each other incorrectly. With plastic bags piled on top of one another. Torn and items falling out. The type of job we try to avoid doing if we can. Yes, at first it was two of our guys. Then I showed up. To help speed up the process. I did not charge extra for my time. Nor did I increase the rate to a three man rate. After loading the first unit. We then had to move the truck to the North side entrance. Took us less than an hour to load that unit. We still had to use the elevator and a 40 foot walk. I allowed the guys to finish up the move once we were loaded. We get to your apartment. Also a 2nd flr. You mentioned how happy you were that we got it all in one load. How much we saved you. Not having to pay another month of storage fees. At the end of the day. Yes you paid more. But the job got completed. We completed with out damage and no breaks were taken. I assisted on the load up with out any extra cost or added surprises. Please be understanding when it comes to how hard we work. We don't stop in the middle of job and quit on our customers. We complete the job till its finished.
