My stuff was picked up on the 2nd of June and I still haven't received my things. Whenever I call in its over an hour wait to talk to customer service and they tell me that they can't tell me anything because they subcontracted the move. They say we are contracted for within 21 business days from south dakota to Arizona. They tell me after the 21st day I am entitled to compensation but not what the compensation is. This company is garbage and no one should use them.

They are rip offs my friend moved to new state over three weeks ago with her son and hasn't gotten her furniture so she has no beds couch tv nothing and telling her we have until 9/11 to get her stuff from az to Oklahoma that is unbelievable she already paid them give her stuff to her she needs her furniture...
