  So I called and nobody answered. Homeboi got back with me within 20 minutes. He answered all my questions about what kind of vehicles they had, and I was able to rent and return the truck same day no hassle. Great service. Will use again when it's time for the rest of my furniture.

  Don't use this place they will rip you off. . We went in on January 25 and moved our stuff out on February 1. We went in to do the paper work the lady tells you just call me if you move out on the 1st and I will work with you. Well I called her and left a message, now a month later she has debited my account w/out my permission. Debited an account for a whole month for a empty storage unit. What a rip off, especially when we already paid for January and was only there for 7 days in January. That is OK though to the rude lady I talked to on the phone this morning, what comes around goes around. How you can lay your head on your pillow at night knowing that you have taken advantage of good people....people who paid and didn't mess up a thing. Didn't complain that the storage unit we had you had to hold the door open to use it it wouldn't just stay up....I hope you don't sleep one wink knowing how you have taken advantage of us. So you got your $63 out of us for a empty 2x2 storage unit for the month of February but you will not get another dime and anyone else reading this don't go here the lady will rip you off!

  you know sometimes you wonder if people forget that sometimes people can need a little help, that maybe, we are just numbers to them. But that is NOT the case with my experience with this company. That were very helpful and understanding with me, to help me get the account in good standing with them. I would highly reccomend them. :)
