  This is the best place in Macclenny to rent a storage unit, hands down. The owners have put care and thought into making it the best. The units are built up over a drain system that protects your property from water and flooding, as well as having a moisture barrier in place that keeps the units cooler, and protected from rain and condensation. The structures are well spaced apart, and bringing a trailer in was a breeze. The units are new, clean, and well maintained. The owners were polite, helpful, and took the time to walk to the unit with me, and make sure I was happy with it before I rented it. The area is very secure. With cameras, and a gate with a code. The prices are competitive with all the other units in town, and you get so much more. If you want a storage unit in Macclenny FL, this is the place. You will not regret giving your business to MCM.

  They were great at first but I recommend anyone who uses them cancel auto pay the month before you move out, I didn't and I moved out on the 1st and they charged me for the whole month then gave me the run around before refusing to refund me any of the money. I payed $107 for half a day of storage then spent a month being jerked around before someone finally told me there was nothing I or they could do.

  All customers are told when they sign up that the first month is pro-rated, but the last month is not. We encourage them to move out before the end of the month to prevent rent from hitting again. This customer even called us the week prior to moving out and she was told to move out and let us know before the end of the month to prevent rent from hitting again on the 1st of the month. We reiterated that rent hits on the first of the month and is not pro-rated on the back end. Records on our end show we were notified of the final move-out on the 5th of the month (same day the move-out was processed). Unfortunately, this customer is not happy, but we told her this is the way the system works more than once prior to it happening to her and she was told how she could avoid it. She didn't change her plans and she didn't notify us until 5 days after the fact.
