I rented a U-Haul track at this location. When I returned the track I was denied receipt by Richard Vincent under pretense that his computer hanged. I explained that I have to have receipt because it was a business trip and it's a law to provide receipts and asked whether he can produce written one. He printed some resemblance of receipt on a printed and told me not to come back again or he will call cops. I believe this business is shady and either trying to defraud Uhaul or "save" on taxes. An official complaints to U-Haul and IRS were made.
