Monica is awesome. I rented a unit 15 months ago moving to Edenton. Everything then was perfect and I rented a 2nd unit today and everything was perfect as well. Monica gives 110% customer service and goes out of her way to help. Great customer service is so hard to come by these days. It's good to know there are still people that really care about their job.

This was the only storage facility to call me back in a timely manner. Monica was super helpful and the rental process was completed online. Our storage unit was climate controlled and clean!
