  Didn't have a lot of stuff, manager Steve promised to load my stuff with early move a day later, then charged me an overnight fee which he didn't mention on the phone or on the quote. Then charged me additional hours they had to wait for me to get there, which is fair, but dispatch times were set by them not me. When I tried to talk about it, he threatened to call the police on me. Overall, rude, unprofessional, exorbitant pricing especially during the pandemic. Unfair. DO NOT USE. Workers, however, were great. Timely and professional. unfortunately the manager is a crook.

  I ended up waiving the overnight fee as well as discounting the move. I explained numerous times that we are on the clock when we have all your items loaded on the truck. The men could have beat the estimate if they didn't have to wait for you. Even still I still discounted the job. I left messages for you if you wanted to discuss further but never received any response.

  My wife and I moved from Long Island to Westchester and we had heard horror stories about companies who broke stuff, lost stuff and otherwise messed up. Not so with All The Right Moves. From the beginning of our planning Steve came to the house and provided us with enough information for us to feel comfortable having his company handle our move. He and his guys showed up on time and did a phenomenal job taking care to carefully pack our extensive artwork and a grandfathers clock. Additionally, our daughter who lives in the town we moved to was taking some of our furniture which meant loading the truck to drop off our stuff first and hers immediately after. I can not praise the work they did to make this an (almost) enjoyable experience. Moving 40 years of stuff from a big house into an apartment should not be a fun day. But somehow they managed to make it fun for us. The guys could not have been more polite, helpful and caring. If I could give them 10 stars I would! If you are contemplating a move, you would be foolish not to use All The Right Moves. Oh, did I mention the total cost was less than the estimate. Whenever does that happen?

  We had Sean, Curtis, Carter, and Charles come to the house exactly when we expected. They immediately introduced themselves to my wife and I, asked what was being moved. Once they laid out their plan, they got right to work. They were efficient, quick, delicate and professional . They were each very friendly and even made a stop at our storage facility before bringing everything we needed to our new home. I didn’t think it would all fit, but they careful and precisely managed to get all of my things out of storage, into the truck, and then into my house. They didn’t miss a beat asking me where we wanted everything. We moved some very heavy and expensive furniture that was all wrapped tight and treated with care. No bumps or dings, no dents or bruises to any walls or any items they moved. Moving is something we all dread, but these guys made this long day tolerable and most of the time even enjoyable. We really felt like we made all the right moves when we chose All The Right Moves, Ltd. (sorry, I couldn’t resist), but thank you. We are so genuinely thankful to all the guys that contributed to our move!
