  Randy the owner was pleasant over the phone and explained the entire setup and what to expect. Movers were 6 hours late, lying about me having more to move than I had reported. Slow and took their time to gather an additional 500.00 for services. Two Men were not strong enough to move furniture in a timely manner. This company is a complete rip off and at the end, your bill will be double the amount quoted.

  First of all I want to say the actual movers were amazing! It is the owner Randy that made this a very frustrating experience. When I talked to Randy to get the 2nd half of my move scheduled out of storage, I explained a small issue we had on the initial move into storage and he said he would not charge me for one of the storage months, I was very happy to hear he was so understanding. When they presented the amount to pay today, it wasn’t at all what we agreed upon, and when after several attempts to get corrected, meanwhile wasting a lot of my time, he said he didn’t recall the conversation at all! Then refused to allow the movers to unload until I paid up front. Do not trust this guy as he is not true to his word, get it in writing!

  Oh boy, I feel like I have been dealing with my move for well over a month thanks to all of the stress this company put me through. To begin with, after receiving a call and talking over a moving quote on the phone, I was emailed a statement that reflected an extra $150 - $200. I tried emailing back about the quote, but did not get a response. Therefore, a couple of weeks later, I decided to cancel my move with this company. While on the phone, the company started disparaging the other movers I had lined up. All the Right Mooves fought for my business and assured me time and again that they would take care of everything and get me exactly what I need (unlike this other company I was looking to book - or so they said). Thus, I kept my appointment with ARM. A day before my move, I received a call to go over my inventory (again...for the third time). I made sure to emphasize that I needed to be the first move of the day. I was told that would be fine. The day before my move, I receive two separate phone calls. The first one was to go over inventory and addresses AGAIN. So I again, confirmed my moving time. Less than half an hour later, I receive the second call from a different person and was told that the movers would not be out to me until mid-day/early afternoon. I called the owner later that evening to ask what went wrong and why my move was being pushed back even though he had assured me over and over again that he would be able to accommodate my requests (hence why I initially decided to stay with his company and pay more). He gave me his excuses and was unwilling to make changes to my appointment time. The day of my move, I receive a call between 7-8 AM. The movers say they are on their way to me. I ask what changed for them to come to me first. They then hung up on me (as though they called me by mistake). A few minutes later, they call again and say they are coming to me since the first person was not ready. When the movers arrive, I have to constantly keep answering my phone for this company as the managers/corporate keep calling MY phone trying to get in touch with THEIR employees. The company calls under the guise of wanting to check on my move, and then they keep asking me to hand my phone over/tell their employee to call them. (This happened at least three to four times.) To top this awful story off, my chest of drawers was dropped during my move and all of the hardware is broken (and a mirror cracked on a different decorative piece of mine). The owner laughed off my questions about reimbursement and had me pay in full. I have tried contacting the company three times now regarding reimbursement, and I have not received a response.
