  I am unfortunately experiencing a “hostage load”. This is how they do it....you get a price or bid for the job. Next they take a deposit. Then the job takes a considerably longer time than estimated. Of course your belongings don’t come off the truck until they are paid. I initially told them, I’d pay cash.....I am switching to credit card and will pay a 4% up charge for the “discount “ they will endure. We all know where this is going to end up. Stay very far away from this horrible horrible company.

  We have also had a terrible experience with them. Our booking rep was amazing, she respected my time and was very good. She is the reason we booked with the company. It has turned out to be an awful choice. They told us to expect a 3-10 day delivery window from time of first available delivery day. We have surpassed that and they cannot tell us ANY kind of estimate on when we can expect our things. My family is sleeping on the floor in an unfurnished apartment just hoping we will get our things soon. Their dispatch department is horribly rude and unhelpful. We have had our move booked for more than a month and they are still “looking for a truck” to bring our things to the New York metro area. How is that possible? They should have had it booked a long time ago! Absolutely horrible company with rude employees. Do not go with this company.

  We realize we've made a huge mistake in booking a moving company who will not narrow down the times and days of pick up or delivery even slightly, and who might very well make us wait a week or even a month to have our things arrive at our new house. We are on a tight schedule, and when we thought we didn't have a choice, we booked them, and paid a $1400 deposit via account and routing number. That was the worst decision possible. We called to ask if they could narrow down their pick up and delivery dates even a little bit, and they flat out refused telling us that it's just the nature of the moving business. They said that we'd be sharing the truck with other customers, and that our stuff might be moved from one truck to another more than once before getting to us - this was not made clear up front - only after they got their deposit. We cancelled their service and will likely lose our deposit (which we'll fight) because there were SO many red flags and unknowns. We've found a moving company who would gladly stick to exact times and dates, and who will not make us wait and stress out about when they can get around to us, and who can offer a truck dedicated to us and NOT charge 12k for a dedicated truck. You read that right. TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLARS. That's an absurd number and their customer service reps are rude as hell when they are questioned about it - or questioned about anything at all. And our actual service rep? We don't think he actually exists. He's a complete work of fiction. Do not book this company.
