  This is a great company for helping people downsize! Everyone on this team is outstanding! This company is professional and caring towards their clients, buyers, and employees! If you really need to downsize or move, this is the place to call. I have seen them do what they can for their clients and I have always saw smiling faces! I enjoy doing business with Nan, Stephanie, Tyler, and the rest of the crew always a pleasure!

  Nan Coleman and her team did an amazing job for my seller client. She had the enormous responsibility of organizing, tagging and selling his estate within a short period of time. Her team worked tirelessly to accomplish this task on time! I would highly recommend Caring Transitions.

  DONT USE THIS SHAM Company!!! If I has done my homework I would not have used these soulless monsters ! They took everything of value from my parents full 4 brm house and gave us nothing for it. Liars and cheats!! They escape judgement in this world, but they WILL face The Great Judge at the end. I was sent a reply for this post. The "Caring " Transitions company did do a good job clearing my parents house. The unethical stealing of all its valuable contents is what we take issue with. No records where kept of what was taken, who took it or how much money was made from the sale. The contract we signed stated that all valuables would be photoed, listed and sold online, to a dealer or auctioned. NON of that happened!! It all just disappeared. The invoice given us listed " some furniture" for a 4 bdrm house at the insulting sum of $165.00 !!! The emails I sent during the job reflected my appreciation and trust in this company. That trust was been HORRiBLY misplaced. The fact that they could do this to us during a crisis and unexpected death in the family makes it all the more evil, heartless , greedy, and unethical .

  I am sorry you are disappointed in our services; however, we only did what you told us to do. On our first day at the house, you had already cleaned out about 90% of the house and you informed us you were no longer interested in a liquidation and to “just clean it out”. Things that were set aside for donation or for possible sale were thrown away by you overnight. We begged you to let us sell the metal to the scrap yard but you said no because it was taking too much time. We were even told to let the neighbors have what they wanted and you gave away the woodstove. We gave you over $6,000.00 in credits and allowances to help you clean out the hoard. We have emails from you stating “You have done a wonderful job and Mom and I are very glad and grateful”(12/17/21). Now you are upset with us for doing what we were told to do and refusing to pay us for the 211+ hours of labor and the nine dumpsters it took to remove the hoard from the house. If you would like to discuss this further, please reach out to us directly for future communications.
