I am rating this company at a negative 5. I have moved many times I am a 20 year veteran of the Armed Forces and this is the first time I have had issues that were not resolved. We purchased the extra insurance for our recent move from Tennessee to Alaska. All was fine until we filed a claim for some of our household goods ending up missing. So we only had 30 days to complete the claim, and we did. Then they take over 60 days to review and return the comment of "we can not find your items, so we are not sure your items are lost". Cute answer so not only is the insurance not worth it their people I guess are good at misplacing you stuff so they can just keep it. Please protect your self and do not use this company.

This company is amazing! We pcsed back in March 2018 and used this company, I was already so stressed about this move but the movers really eased my mind. The guys who packed up our stuff were so nice and careful, they wrapped everything and made a high value item list with a description of every item as well as the serial number. Great company 10/10 recommend!

I just had a red AAA moving van blow threw McGrath stop sign cutting me off. He then drove 70mph on Farmer's Loop! If anyone had items in that van they are probably damages goods. I saw the front left tire leave the ground. Once he hit Johanson he was passing cars before lane opened up! I tried calling office nobody answers the phone...
