The packing and loading service was excellent. However be careful of how they quote you. I originally asked to be quoted for the actually weight of my stuff. Come to find out later my quote was locked in on a firm fixed price so I ended up paying more than what my items were weighed. Read the quote stay away from Total Price Guarantee, go with the adjustable rate.

The two representatives were very professional. They got me loaded very quickly. There were some challenges at the delivery site and they managed them very efficiently. Hope I never have to move again but if I do I would definitely use them again.

Had a horrible experience. They left items on the sidewalk and people picked them up. We moved to Austin and are still dealing after 6 months with the insurance due to the mistakes Allied made. The insurance is telling us to arbitrate over items that the manifest didn’t state were damaged. What a fraud! Just do the right thing people...not a hard concept.
