  One driver and one other person to unload and unpack an entire house of goods. Needless to say there was no unpack and told that maybe they could send someone Monday. 2 days away. Those 2 poor guys where here well into the night just trying to get everything moved into the house. We are missing boxes. Thousands of dollars of damage just from what we could see without boxes being open. Opened a couple this morning and found damage items. This is our 9th move and by far the worst. I don't even know what to do about the claims processing. Thanks for nothing from a military family.

  I moved from Texas to California. I suppose there are problems with every move but overall the communication with Coleman in South Texas was pretty awful. (I am missing a portion of a leg from my dining room table and Coleman did not respond to help resolve it.) I literally have to Google how to report missing or damaged items to Allied Moving because Kayla won’t answer emails. (Watch out for the email asking if you have any questions sent at 4:58 PM on a Friday, lol) The driver was helpful and did a good job, minus the missing dining room table piece.

  Complete garbage of a company. Picked up my household goods on 6/22. Attempted delivery on 7/16 in Virginia but all the crates were labeled with my name but filled with someone else’s stuff (including kids items, that poor family). Movers said previous move they attempted earlier in the morning had the same issue. Took them 5 days to track down my items, then another 8(!!) just to get it on another truck to a Virginia. Local movers arrived on Aug 7 with 80% my stuff, 20% someone else’s stuff to include more kids stuff, an entire bed, big table, etc. parts box is completely gone so all my stuff has no remotes, pieces to put them together, etc. The “move manager” Ayanna Reese has been completely worthless, never having any relevant information on my move, leaving me really to track down all this with the various warehouse staff. Ignores emails, doesn’t return phone calls, etc. Complete embarrassment that this company had the military contract, should be blacklisted immediately.
