Worst experience ever. This was 2nd move with Allied. Our first move was covered by our employer and went perfect. This move from California to Missouri was horrible. Showed up on day of move and started out refusing to move us,meanwhile our flights were scheduled 5 hours out. Went downhill terribly from there. I had over 10,000.00 in damage and lost items. Can't get anyone to return calls or emails. Will NEVER use again and my wish is you have better luck. They only wanted to compensate less than a third of damages and we never found remaing furniture that was left on truck.

My salesman, Jim, and my mover, Eric, were wonderful. Everything arrived on time and for the most part, in good shape. The so called customer service team was a complete disappointment. Their lack of communication and repeated false promises kept this from being a 5 star review. Frustrating...

My belongings are scheduled to arrive on Monday, September 21st. My guarantee delivery schedule was August 31st to September 14th. Hopefully everything will go alright on Monday. My stuff was picked up in Missouri on August 26th. What I wasn't told was that after 2 weeks, everything was still in a facility in Kansas waiting for a driver. The people who wrapped and packed my stuff were amazing and very thorough.
