  Very friendly staff ! Very understanding I had several changes with Closing dates on the sale of my house and had to change my moving date, one was last minute on a Sunday night they took care of us. The first part of my review is Coleman moving and storage they don’t actually move you. Allied does the move they lost part of my items, damaged several peace’s of furniture also my dryer was damaged. They give you no where near what you’re things are worth. Stir clear from Allied !!!!!

  We waited for two weeks for our belongings. Once our items were picked up, we were asking for a specific day range instead of a 2 week range. We were dealing with a specific move coordinator. She told us it was being picked up on a certain day. It was never picked up so I called the main line, hoping to get a real answer, and was told its going to a warehouse first then it will be dropped off by Saturday. The move coordinator called and told us we are only allowed to deal with her because she knows what's going on. Obviously not because our items weren't picked up on the day stated. She said the driver was running late so it had to be the next day. When the driver finally showed with our items, it was just him for the first 30 minutes or so. They mark everything with a sticker (so enjoy peeling off stickers off everything). He would read out the numbers and I would mark it down to make sure I get everything. Well 40% of the time, he couldn't find the sticker so there's no point in marking it off. You'll have several items missing from the sheet. I gave up. We had items broken, scratched, and some items had a black sticky tar substance. We didn't even bother to file a claim because we were over dealing with this company.

  These guys are amazing they came in and packed and wrapped everything in my entire house in 3hrs. They were very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move.
