  This was by far the best moving experience I have had and I’ve moved several times. From first contact with Coleman Allied out of Melbourne the level of professionalism and care was superb. Danielle was fantastic and kept me informed throughout the move. The moving crew headed by Jermaine Prince took such care of my belongings and seeing the attention they took to securing and protecting my furniture made me feel secure that my belongings would arrive exactly as they left and they did! The Melbourne crew were friendly, polite and humorous ( something much needed). My arrival crew was just as wonderful! I would use them again in a heartbeat!

  I got a quote right away. They were friendly over the phone and informative. The day of delivery I was not informed of an approximate time of arrival. When I called in the morning I found out they were already on the way. I was ready for them so there was no problem but I would have preferred to get a call the night before giving me a heads up. The day of pick up the drivers were efficient and friendly guys. I felt I was in good hands. The driver Chris who delivered my things to Texas was a great communicator in letting me know date and time he would arrive. He had to get a smaller truck to deliver my things since there was major residential construction going on the street where I live and a big truck would not work. He anticipated that and said he’d get a smaller truck for delivery. He was able to back right up to my garage and unload my things into the garage. My pieces of furniture arrived with no damage. I did notice one box seems to belong to someone with a similar name and same type of boxes I used. I will notify the company about this mistake.

  We chose Allied because they were the most accommodating to our needs. The crew showed up on time and were fast and efficient loading our household items. The truck delivered on time. Both load & delivery crew were polite and personable. The delivery crew were a little more rushed and occasionally reckless. We feel our fragiles were not handled with the kid gloves we had hoped. The washing machine was dropped and a panel came off. They did put it back together. A chunk of veneer came off of our jewelry dresser. So far these were the only damages we are aware of. I have to give credit to the crew for an extraordinary job of bringing a 525 lb safe down basement stairs. Overall we are pleased with the job Allied did with our move. Although not perfect, we would consider Allied In the future.
