Penske treated us so well on our move from Michigan to Florida two years ago I decided I would not use anyone else...and rented again as we moved my son to Virginia...good value, good trucks...Joey was fantastic and personable having it all set and handling the paperwork.

The ladies at the store were very nice and helpful. The truck was a deathtrap. The steering wheel was too loose. Too much play in it. The side mirrors we bouncing all over which made it very difficult to see and dangerous. The truck ran rough which we eventually found out why after it died and we were stuck for 2 hours. A mechanic was sent and fixed the truck. It still didn't run right or very good. Good thing prayer works. We won't ever use Penske again and we certainly will never recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I just made a successful journey across the United States to our new home. We rented a Penske truck and a car tow and had no problem with either of them. I would suggest this company if someone is looking for a dependable truck for a long distance relocation. It was very well maintained.
