My delivery guy was prompt and notified me of his vicinity. He was professional, sure. But what was especially noticeable was his courtesy. Also, there was an extra something in his demeanor. I think it was kindness. And I appreciated it very much.

They said they would be at my house between 3:30 and 5:30. I was a little worried since I worked at 5 and my apartment is upstairs. They were so on it tho! Right at 3:30 I got a call they were down the street and it was such a relief to have them come right away! I feel like that never happens I was very pleased!

Delivery date shared after date passed. No communication. Expensive, Damaged wood furniture.unexpected surcharge after paid in full. Had to Uber several miles from home to recover my car. You will not get what you paid for. Tendered goods 17 Mar 22. Delivered to me 03 Apr 22. We advised Allied we were scheduled to work 23 Mar 22. Missed 2 weeks pay. Had to pay for air mattresses, sheets. Etc.. They got the sale but have Lost the customer. Will never use or refer! Be ware!
