  "We had the worst experience with them. We ordered windows through Home Depot which ended up with this company for storage or delivery. We need to change the delivery date and it was impossible to get ahold of this company. We finally changed it to Pickup when they brought the windows on a little cart that tipped over and broke one of the $700 windows we waited 4 weeks for. My husband was trying to help them load in a hurry (he was 15 minutes late to pick them up) and didn't count the windows well. The next day he thought he was missing a window and when he called this company they were hostile with him told them he showed up late, they have his signature that he picked up the windows and HUNG UP on him. He called back to try to smooth things over and just have them check to see if a window was missed... and they simply didnt answer his phone calls. Lesson learned.. don't buy windows through Home depot ( anderson windows) if it means working with this company..."
