I used American Auto Shipping to send my car from New Jersey to Denver and everything went relatively smoothly! My suggestion is if you’re shipping your car with extra weight to speak with the representative before the pick up date to ensure your car won’t be charged extra. Anthony was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I’m happy to have found this company!

I really don't know how to rate them. It's a booking agency. My experience is one that I can't fully give a yes or no. But be rest assured ones they provide a carrier/pickup even if it's out of your scheduled pickup/delivery and you all agree to wait for next carrier, when you start calling them, to pick your call is like you are begging for service which is because they have your details and number in the system already. It's like they have taken your deposit/money and you aren't worth their time anymore as a hunt for new customers or new order/quote is definitely priority. My experience might be one of few or I was just unlucky not to get the services that's why I gave the 2 star rating.

We had a great experience working with Rachel at American Auto Shipping. She was very fast to respond, she knew what she was talking about and explained everything perfectly. It was a great price and we got the trip picked up in 2 days and delivered to the destination very quickly. I would highly recommend using Rachel and American Auto Shipping!
