  Adam was very helpful from the beginning of scheduling my move to the follow up call once the move was complete. The movers arrived a bit late but I was called beforehand and informed of this which I appreciated very much. Both gentlemen were presentable and courteous and immediately set out to begin the task. The move went very smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered to hook up my washer and dryer and had the correct tools to do so. All in all, I was very pleased with the professionalism of this company and would refer them to my friends and family.

  I've had Budget Movers move me twice now. They do an amazing job! I understand not being able to always get to a place on time, you really don't know how long the move before you is going to run. It seems to be like this for most moving companies I have used, so I make sure I have the day available. My first move I had two guys, my second three, they were all very nice, and made sure to put together my dining room table and bed before they left. Will use them again as well as recommend them to my friends and family.

  Just spent the last two days attempting to use American Budget Movers in Houston, and it was very frustrating to say the least. My first appointment was at 2:00pm on Saturday…at 2:45pm, there were no movers, and no call. I called and the dispatcher said he would check, then called to state they were delayed at a previous appointment. All the people I had set up to move saturday were sent home. We then rescheduled for early Sunday morning under the idea that we were the first appt, and thus, guarantee not to be late. They stated they would be there between 7am and 8am. A 9am email to the dispatcher rendered a "let me check with the movers" reply…at 9:30am, still no answer, which prompted me to cancel. The only two days I can move are now botched, costing me deposits and man hours. If you need promtness in a mover, don't bother with these guys!
