BEWARE! We bought a container that Frank said was guaranteed to be sea worthy. He said it was guaranteed not to leak. It has leaked from the day we got it and the doors are warped and will not close from the inside. Considering that we bought the container to use as a storm shelter it is useless for that since the doors wont close from the inside and the top has a rusted hole in it that is leaking. Frank refuses to return our calls to stand behind his "warranty". Check out reviews on Yelp and other places...they are really bad. Yes he's cheaper than local container sales...but the quality is bad and he obviously doesnt stand behind his "warranty". I have given Frank 3 months to respind before posting a bad review...and if he does ever respond and fix the problems I will update the review to reflect such.

I have bought 4 containers from Frank in the past and the experience wasn't bad actually everything went pretty smoothly, but now I have a different opinion. My buddy needed (2) containers so i called Frank and got a quote. My buddy mailed him a check for $5500, and that was 4 weeks ago and today is March 9. 2018. The check was cashed 2 days after it was mailed. Now, he will not answer his phone nor will he reply to any text messages. We plan on taking what ever steps necessary to recover our money. I hope it doesn't come to that.

After reading reviews I was reluctant to contact this company for a shipping container. However, we had a 40 foot standard shipping container delivered with no issues! Most shipping containers have dents or patches throughout the container. This one was in near perfect condition!! Thank you so much Frank and Tony (the delivery guy)!!!
