I didn't know which property to right this for to say, that you're regional manger Bobby is a knowledgeable and very professional guys. I met him with my Husband in Staatsburg, New York where we have a unit, and he was training a young man. I didn't catch his name, but Bobby was able to figure out our gate problem and solved it getting use in the property. It was nice having two people that listen when we came in. Thanks KO Storage and a shout out to both guys. A++++
