  They showed up in the middle of the night -10PM when they said they were picking up between 3pm-6pm. Did not get finished until 3AM (or after...I left at this time once my house was unloaded and everything was around the parking lot of my complex). Completely unprofessional crew who could not read labels on my box like FRAGILE. They said they were delivering the next day and did not show up until one week later on THE FOURTH OF JULY!!!!!!! Did not call until day of the holiday saying they were already here. All of my boxes were crushed and abused. Wooden furniture scratched, legs broken off of tables. Boxes of china completely broken. Wardrobe boxes turned upside down (what's the point of even having the boxes to hang your clothes?). Missing $150 stainless steal trashcan. They showed up late, disappeared with my belongings for a week without answering any communication, showed up on a holiday, and most of my things were broken, damaged, and extremely abused. One of the worst experiences of my life.

  We were given an estimated price which we knew was low, but they came back with a price that was double the estimate. They would not unload until we paid, in cash. I guess no one would ever pay if they knew beforehand that they would receive broken household goods. They destroyed a hutch for a desk, ruined a $6000 rug and broke many other items. We are not talking about accidental damage, we expect that but we ARE talking about wanton disregard for the basic protection we would expect when entrusting any property to a company.

  Please be aware, this company uses a 3rd party company Orbitz and this company is a scam. We were told boxes missing will be deliver later but now no one returns or answer the phone. Plus they charge 10 more once they arrive at your home. Please stay away. Do not use. I just want my boxes back. Which belong to me and I paid over 6,000 to be deliver.
