  "It was okay I got loaded in 2 hours, I was an hour early to appointment. 3 stars because of the complete lack of hospitality from the lady in the office. Walk in she looked at me like I just killed her day barely a hello after at least of 2 minutes standing there. Then when I am done and go get my paperwork she looks at me like if I'm in the wrong place. Gives me paperwork doesn't say a word, I say have a good day and she just gives me a blank stare. I'm sorry if this sounds pathetic to complain about I was taught to always be hospitable regardless."
