This business name is misleading. I’d input zero stars if I could. My daughter hired their services to move her possessions from her apartment. Unfortunately, the movers treated her possessions like what their revised services on Yelp imply, “trash removal”. Furniture that she’s had for years was left scratched and dented, and metal furniture parts were left bent. They took her bed apart and did not give her the nuts and bolts, nor did they tell her where they put them or what they did with them. We never did find them. She had three movers and all were non responsive when she asked the office. The office finally responded, once, after multiple calls, texts, and after she left a review on Yelp, to say that none of the three “movers” had any recollection of removing/taking the bed nuts and bolts. My daughter values her possessions and has kept her things in very nice condition over the years. For a company to have the word “Moving” in their name, and then be so careless with moving things, with no follow up, is not a good reflection on them. The experience was unnerving and added much stress that my daughter experienced with moving on her own.
