Storage unit is infested with rats, not mice, RATS! They destroyed a beautiful couch and chair in addition to eating through boxes of storage goods. The musky odor of rat urine was overwhelming when the door was opened. Because of the uncontrolled rat situation and damage to my personal items I was forced to vacate the unit.

I read on the web site that I could rent a storage unit and pay for it at the kiosk witch was located at the facitatie I thought it as gonna be easy but I coulda get it working and when called them the gentsmn whom answered started off respectful but then him and the young lady whom answered the phn.(after he hung up on me twice was just as rude .I was very disapontted.
